Elite Journaling stores the information needed to run your trading journal, sync your account, support subscriptions, and improve the product.

Information We Store

• Account details such as email address, display name, preferences, and consent choices.
• Journal data such as trades, screenshots, notes, rules, reminders, reviews, and performance stats.
• Payment submissions and verification records needed to manage subscriptions.
• Feedback, support details, and operational logs used for security and platform maintenance.

How We Use Information

Your data is used to provide the journal, sync your account, process payment verification, prevent abuse, send reminders you enable, and send optional promotional or follow-up emails if you opt in.

Private Journal Data

Your journal is private to your account unless an admin needs limited access for payment support, abuse prevention, platform operations, or a support request you submit.

Account Deletion

When you permanently delete your account, journal data, screenshots, reminders, subscription records tied to the account, feedback records tied to the account, and saved settings are removed from the app database. If you opted in to follow-up emails, a minimal follow-up record may keep your email, username, deletion date, consent version, and deletion reason so one follow-up can be sent after one week.
